Thyme for Courage. brush and ink, colored ink, gold paint, watercolor, photoshop.
Recently picked up some gold paint!
(thyme also contains an antiseptic that is still used as the active ingredient in listerine.)
I’ve been experimenting with bees and gold ink! Also my scanner crapped out, which is just as well because the ink looks better photographed than scanned.

My partner told me that I had to start drawing and making art again. He said I’ll even tell you what to draw if that will make it easier. Thus is the mythos of the Beaver Pope. Also I’m not sure how to finish it/cut it out. Should I draw a gold rectangular frame? Or perhaps cut it out as an oval?
P.S. its a little washed out because my camera sometimes refuses to work without the flash on
FIXING THE SOURCE. Stupid hipsters. Rebecca Ladds made this and she’s lovely.
I’m pretty stoked on this little drawing I just finished. I’ll get a better picture up after its dry and graded and whatnot. My head is a beehive.
