MyGirlFund’s Artemisia loves taking artistic nude shots outdoors … and we love posting them. Support her in our contest by reblogging this shot.
if everybody could reblog this, that would be awesome and would help me out and I’d give you internet hugs or something and be super grateful.
thank you so much everybody who has already reblogged! I really appreciate your support! :) I need more reblogs for the contest, if anybody else wants to help out!
Oh my glob, Artemis, how are you so cute?
So I guess some girl on the internet thinks that I have the ugliest breasts she’s ever seen. When I saw her comment it gave me kind of this sinking feeling in my stomach and made me feel bad for just a moment. But, then it passed.
I guess I’m making this post because I love my breasts, and I love my body. This culture taught me to hate both of them. When I was younger, I would sometimes look at myself in the mirror and cry because I didn’t like my body. It has taken me many years to accept and love my body. I celebrate it, and hope that I can somehow hold space for other people to do the same.
I’m secure enough in my body that some random person’s rude comments are not going to make me feel ashamed or sad about it. Not everybody is going to react the same way, and for some people, a comment like this could be extremely damaging and heartbreaking. We need to stop telling each other that our bodies are bad and ugly. We are already bombarded with these messages from so many other places.
Please be kind to each other.
I love youuuuuuuuu
Never judge a book by it’s cover or a girl by her clothing…
I can relate to that
The textures and muted saturation on the colors of Indira’s submission are stellar. You can help her win our contest by re-blogging!
